Draincom - Great Service and No Surprises.

From the very first contact I have had with Draincom to the last I have never had anything but a positive experience.
The price was great - very competitive. The crews started when they said they were going to start and worked very hard day in and day out until the work was finished. The only delay came when the inspector asked for something outside of the approved plan. Draincom was supportive through that process and when I had to ask them to change the bill of work, they came back promptly with a very fair price and re-commenced their work the following Monday with the same drive that they had brought to the first part of the renovations. When all was said and done they did a very detailed job cleaning up, and the final bill was what was promised. There were no surprises coming from Draincom at any time during the project. None.
Based on the experience I had with them underpinning and waterproofing my basement I asked if they could give me a quote on a new pad for my garage. Again, professional, dedicated, prompt - it was all good.
This company is great to deal with.

I want to thank Eugene and his team - for fixing our basement water leak. We were very impressed and grateful for their professionalism, very hard work, and courtesy while being here.
They kept us informed of what to expect every day, they were on time, and together with the supervisor (don't know his name), detailed the entire process. They completed work fast and cleanly, as was promised.
Despite all the work they did, there never was mess in the house - which was great. We have already recommended Draincom to our friends.

They worked very hard and you can see that they have guys with skills, who know their job very well.
