Over time calcium deposits form a crusted coating on household pipes called “calcification” causing clogging of pipes and drain lines, especially when hard water is in use.

Drain replacement is one of the services we offer for drain repairs. A more expensive but more permanent solution would be trenchless technology. This is commonly known as cured-in-place-pipe and is essentially creating a pipe within the existing pipe with special epoxy resin creating the structure of new pipes but without causing damage to structures, floors & landscapes.
Once the drain repair problem has been identified and before drains can be repaired, they need to be cleaned. The pipes need to be de-scaled of all roots and decalcified. After the pipes have been prepared then a liner is measured and cut and epoxy filled and cured. We use cameras to make sure there are no defects in our work and correct anything if necessary.
